MEETINGS - Discussing a problem (BEP)

1. Read or listen to the dialogue
2. Select 5 new words or expressions in the dialogue. Look for their meaning and write an example sentence with each one of them.
3. Write down the paragraph in which Kathryn focuses the discussion. (i.e.: The one that she asks what the problem is)
4. Write down an example from the dialogue where someone says that they don’t understand something and asks for clarification.

1. Have you ever been in a situation at work where the morale of the people in your department was low? If so, how did you deal with the situation?
