A Crazy morning
It’s Monday you had breakfast and everything was going smoothly until you stumbled and fell right into some water puddle, and now your clothes are dirty and you are late you really need to go to work.
An almost perfect day
It’s Sunday evening you had a wonderful day until now, then you decide to go to an ice cream shop when you arrive you buy ice cream, and you choose to get the big one with 3 balls, but when you would start eating the ice cream fell into the floor
An unexpected surprise
You are waking on the streets and out of the blue you receive $10,000 pix.
Holiday at beach
You scheduled a trip to the beach with your friends, and everything was about to be alright the weather forecast said that it would be sunny on that day, but when you get there a terrible storm starts out of nowhere and it rains for the whole weekend, and when it comes the time for you go home the sun appears but you have no time left.
Look at the images and guess how the people in the images are feeling.
Have students keep an "Emotion Diary" for a week.
- Instruct them to record instances when they felt different emotions and describe the circumstances, thoughts, and physical sensations associated with each emotion.
- At the end of the week, have students share their diary entries in pairs or small groups.
- Discuss common themes and differences in emotional experiences, as well as strategies for managing different emotions.
